Notes on rental fees

Our rental rates and fees are effective Sept. 1, 2026, and may change, pending Town Council Approval. All rental fees are subject to HST. There are a few exceptions that can impact your booking fee:

• For ticketed events, you will either pay the base rental fee or 10 per cent of the gross box office receipts, whichever is higher

• Community groups and organizations may qualify for the reduced affiliated rates through the Town of Milton Affiliation Program

• Off-peak rates are available for performances booked Monday to Wednesday by affiliated or standard clients
